White Fig is a premium womenswear brand concept developed to explore how strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and distribution planning influence product profitability and long-term business growth. The project involved creating a product assortment, evaluating global sourcing destinations, assessing supplier capabilities, developing sourcing scenarios, and designing a distribution strategy that balanced quality, cost, risk, and scalability. The final recommendation included a multi-country sourcing model, merchandise planning, and profitability analysis to support a commercially viable and operationally efficient brand.
