This project explores the strategic expansion of RH into Dubai through the development of a flagship RH Design Gallery on Jumeirah Beach Road. Through market research, consumer analysis, competitive benchmarking, and location evaluation, Dubai was identified as a high-potential market aligned with RH's experiential luxury positioning. The proposal outlines a comprehensive market entry strategy encompassing consumer targeting, product assortment planning, gallery design, hospitality integration, marketing initiatives, operational planning, and financial viability. The resulting concept extends RH beyond traditional retail, creating an immersive luxury lifestyle destination that strengthens global brand presence while supporting long-term international growth.
