This project was developed during my graduation internship at Art India, a leading home furnishings export company serving global retail clients. Working from client briefs and trend forecasts, I developed home décor collections through trend research, concept development, sampling, specification creation, product planning, and development strategy. The project focused on translating consumer and market insights into commercially viable products while balancing aesthetic, technical, sourcing, and production requirements. Strategic decisions were made throughout the development process regarding materials, techniques, product specifications, and manufacturing feasibility to meet target cost objectives and client expectations. Through close collaboration with design and production teams, the final collections were developed to align with target market preferences, pricing goals, and manufacturing capabilities.
