RÉVIVE X REMEDY PLACE: THE SKIN LONGEVITY RENEWAL LAB

This capstone project proposes a strategic partnership between luxury skincare brand RéVive and wellness club Remedy Place to create the Skin Longevity Renewal Lab, an integrated skincare and wellness concept centered on prevention, personalization, and long-term skin health. Through consumer research, market analysis, service development, financial planning, and customer experience design, the project reimagines skincare as a continuous wellness journey supported by diagnostics, personalized treatments, digital progress tracking, and expert guidance. The resulting concept combines clinical credibility with experiential wellness to strengthen customer engagement, increase lifetime value, and position RéVive within the growing skin longevity market.
